- All student drivers must possess a valid driver's license to participate in driving lessons.
- Each lesson has a minimum duration of 90 minutes.
- Upon the student's request, the school may substitute instructors.
- Results of driving tests may vary for each student; we cannot guarantee that all students will pass their driving test and obtain their driver's license.
- For the safety of all, only the student and instructor will be permitted in the vehicle unless authorized by the instructor.
- If any traffic ticket occurs during the lesson, the student is responsible for covering the associated costs.
- The school retains the right to cancel lessons without refunds if the student is suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or if they engage in the use of foul, abusive, or aggressive language.
- Future X will strive to provide students with exceptional service and share our expertise.
- if you wish to cancel a driving lesson, we require 24 hours' notice otherwise a cancellation fee of $50 will be assessed.
- Any cancellation of a road test appointment booked by the School should keep the school informed 48 hours ahead of time; otherwise, a penalty of $25 will be charged by ICBC.
- A 3% convenience fee will be applied for payments made via credit card. You can make an e-Transfer to our email address: Futurexdrivingschool@gmail.com.
